so its been 2weeks here in the beautiful paradise of san pedro la laguna in guatemala. 
our adventure kicked off in new york, i was twirled up in a dirty life of csquat dance parties and getting lost in my wandering thoughts. night time trips to old run down cinemas in brooklyn, watchin old skool movies and drinkin cocktails. NYC will forever have my heart, there is no other place in this world with such a buzz. hours and hours spent sippin kawfees in BLUE STOCKINGS the anarchist bookstore next to csquat in the lower east side, manhatten. Didnt get eaten alive by bedbugs but for sure got eaten alive by lust and massive sandwiches at 4am.
So after a week, me and the vampire head to guatemala city, then onto antigua and then treck 6hours to the most out of this world tropical paradiso i have ever set my eyes on. We were supposed to do a week of spanish school here and leave to catch our boat and sail to mexico… but we got lost in the love, sun,friendship, cheapness, that its now been 2weeks. Watchin the sun go down and the sky turn pink behind the volcanos that surround this place, munchin burritos latino style, lettin my spanish thoughts get tangled with the ideas of our next 6weeks to come. We leave today and take 2days to reach RIO DULCE. That is where the boat summit takes place and where we will party for a week upon our pirate boat before setting sail toward mexico…
i havent worn shoes since ive been here. i eat tropical fruits from the market for breakfast everyday, fresh pineapple,mango,papaya from the trees. i spend afternoons on kayaks in the lake, reading my head off of singing my heart out. And night times star gazing in the hot tubs drinking wine. Dirty feet and a happy mind. ive never been so free, content and happy in my own mind. bliss in everysense of the word…
